1.Cancellation Notice:
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. This allows us sufficient time to offer the appointment slot to other patients who may be on our waiting list.
2.Cancellation Fee:
In the event of a cancellation without providing the required 24-hour notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. This fee helps cover the cost of resources and nurses allocated for your appointment.
3.Contacting Us:
To cancel or reschedule your IV Vitamin Drip appointment, please contact us by phone or email during our regular business hours. It is essential to receive a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling request to avoid any misunderstandings.
4.Refunds:
If you have prepaid for your IV Vitamin Drip session and provide the required 24-hour notice for cancellation, you will be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future appointment. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.
5.Rescheduling:
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment and the appointment must be rebooked within 7 days of giving notice. If this is not adhered to it will be considered as a cancellation.
6.Cancellation by White Night:
In the extremely unlikely event that your appointment needs to be cancelled by White Night due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund and aim to reschedule your booking ASAP.We will also offer you 20% off an upcoming treatment.
