Ingredients
25ml – agave syrup
15ml – freshly squeezed lime juice
75 ml – freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Coriander – (5 leaves)
Mint – ( 5-7 leaves )
Chilly – ( 2 slices )
Top up soda
Tajin salt
Method
Start off by muddling some pieces of chilly inside your shaker
Add coriander
Add 75ml of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Followed by 15ml of lime juice
As a sweetener, we will use some agave or honey
Add a splash of soda water
Next we will proceed to throw the mixture from tin to tin
This process is called throwing your drink or cocktail
Next, we will half salt a rocks glass rim with Tajin salt
Add ice to the glass and strain the ingredients in the tin into the glass
Garnish with mint spring and grapefruit zest
